Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with a global luxury retail services and field marketing company which is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Production Manager with a strong background working within the luxury sector.
This unique opportunity requires an enthusiastic individual with a passion for luxury brands and extensive experience managing multiple site projects for high-end clients from A to Z, while ensuring the top quality of the final creation at all times.
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, production and quality control of various projects such pop-ups, boutique fitting and displays, installations for windows, events and exhibitions.
The role will be managing the relationships and coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, events staff and other individuals and companies, in order to ensure efficient, smooth and on-time delivery of exclusive projects for luxury clients.
The successful candidate will be also involved in meetings with a large portfolio of existing clients, as well as potential clients. In addition, the role will be managing the work and installations schedule in order to deliver the projects in timely manner.
The Senior Production Manager will be based in Dubai but frequent travelling to other GCC countries will be required, depending on the project. The role will report to the Operations Manager and will work closely alongside the Project Manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience in site project management, handling multiple projects and clients at once, while ensuring the top quality and smooth process. This role requires an individual with strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work under pressure and multitask.
You must have previous experience working with high-end clients and luxury brands.
The role requires a solid understanding of technical plans and proficiency in using MS Office and CAD.
