Senior Professional - Projects (Major Exhibition Development) - Emirati National - Dubai, UAE
Do you have around 5 years of industry experience and looking for an opportunity to develop your Project Management skills on a major construction Programme within the UAE? CH2M have partnered up to form a joint venture that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related Programme management services for a major exhibition.
It will be the first time that such an exhibition will be hosted in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia Region and it is expected to be a significant catalyst for growth for business across wider region.
As the Programme gains rapid momentum and new projects begin their life cycle, the Management team are now seeking to appoint a Senior Professional to actively coordinate projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, as Senior Professional for Projects you will assist with the:-
• Management of the consultant deliverables as per the contract
• Coordination and management of all Request For Information’s
• Coordination and management of all design deliverables and responses to Consultant
• Coordination and management of design and Progress meetings to support the Project Managers
• Review and response to design deliverable submissions and coordination with Programme team and other associated stakeholders
Requirements
As a successful candidate you will BS degree qualified in a Project Management, Architectural or Engineering discipline from an accredited University and will
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
possess around 5 year’s professional experience in the capacity of Project Coordination.
As a suitable candidate you will be Proficient with external based Document Management Systems – ACONEX preferred. You will possess demonstrable experience with the coordination with either Design Managers, Project Managers and/or Project Directors on day to day development or buildings projects or major development.
You will be accountable for tracking and managing all deliverables in accordance with the contract requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Discipline specific professional registration is preferred (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS).
