Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

. Create and distribute of Program related tasks to relevant teams/squads via their Kanban system
. Plan or schedule of Program related activities in lightweight format
. Provide of cost estimates and lead on cost control measures, if required
. Contractual relationships between DarkMatter and vendors / suppliers where Technology is the Program owner
. Resolution of Program issues and mitigation of risks
. Prepare reports and presentations in support of Program delivery
. Take ownership for all tasks assigned, from the point they are assigned until agreement is reached; ensuring completion and bringing tasks to a logical closure
. Communicate and report proactively with colleagues, leadership and others in the organization by using appropriate means of communication
. Focus on time management by timely and quick completion of all allotted tasks; quick response to all communications; attendance in all meetings and appointments before the scheduled start time
. Assist in preparation and development of business cases
. Manage contractors and vendors where necessary
. Set up Program governance and execution methodology for all Programs
. Develop and prepare all Program related artefacts.This may include such artefacts as Definition of Done, Program execution plans, Risk & Issue Registers, Program status reports
. Manage a Programs delivery with a focus on Value, Flow and Quality; Program should not be monitored in terms of scope, cost and time
. Utilize agile Program management methodology, to ensure proper Program flow
. Estimate Program throughput for any given month based on Program Prioritization matrix
. Prepare high level Program schedules in consultation with relevant stakeholders
. Prepare high level cost control documentation, if necessary
. Manage the expectations of internal and external Program stakeholders
. Conduct presentations to the Program stakeholders whenever requested
. Prepare Program reporting and communication plans

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

. 10 years of experience in Agile Program Management
. Experience of being a Product Owner, Scrum Master or other Agile role holder would be an advantage
. Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Application and Security related topics
