Job description

- Application Implementation, Maintenance and Enhancement related to Core Insurance
- System Analysis and design capabilities to Develop new projects/ Changes as per business requirement
- Internal Application development
- MIS & Bl reporting development and Support

Job Core Responsibilities

- Development - Systems from External Vendors
- Projects - Manage allocated projects, coordinate with stake holders to ensure timely closure.
- User Requirement analysis, System design, Solution architecture, documentation, testing and coordination with vendors for development of software solutions
- Manage existing applications, execute changes / additions

Internal Application Development

- Customization and development of Automation Solutions as per requirements, using Low Code No Code Technology and other suitable languages/platforms
- Testing and releasing of software systems.
- Application Maintenance CR Management and User support
- Data Management

BI and MIS Reports

- Understanding Data and Business Requirements, design and deploy reports as needed
- Dashboard design and development using QlikView
- Development of reports as per regulatory /business partner/ internal department needs

Supports

- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Follow up with vendors on support calls
- Provide support and maintenance to existing applications / reports
- Data extraction and reporting oh adhoc requirements
- Coordination with vendor for approved data corrections / call resolutions
- Patch deployment and testing
- Creating system user guidelines and manuals Training the users on any changes done in the application

Education

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Similar

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Programming using
- Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Reports
- Good Understanding about Insurance & Finance Domain
- Exposure to any Low Code No Code platform is desired.
