Job description / Role
Client is an independent design and build fit out company - are looking to appoint a Senior Project Architect to their vastly growing team. The successful applicant will lead a team of 3 designers, coordinating with all relevant sectors of the business as well as the clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in relevant roles, with at least 5+ years in the UAE
- Experience on office and F&B fit out projects advantageous, with capability to explore other sectors desirable
- Degree educated in Architecture/Interior Design
- Understanding of estimation process - design projects to the budget
- Capable of leading a team toward a common goal
