Roles and responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and project objectives.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and provide solutions to mitigate delays.

Prepare recovery programs, coordinate with engineering disciplines, procurement services, etc., and provide recommendations to limit impact on project timelines.

Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement services, and construction management teams to integrate and coordinate schedules across all project phases.

Lead planning and coordination meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure schedule alignment among all project stakeholders.

Track and update project milestones, key deliverables, and timelines, ensuring accountability across all teams.

Prepare progress reports, including critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and forecast updates.

Conduct project schedule risk analysis.

Ensure compliance with planning and scheduling standards and guidelines, tailoring them to project-specific requirements.

Manage schedules effectively by utilizing planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to provide accurate data-based forecasts.

Provide support for project change management process by evaluating the impact of proposed changes on the project schedule.

Provide support for project cost control and cost management process by utilizing EVM and KPI reports.

Skills

Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Good knowledge of different design phases, construction phases, and authority submission requirements.

Previous ADNOC project experience is preferred.
