Job description / Role
A boutique architectural fit-out consultancy based in Dubai Media City is in search of a Senior Project Coordinator to hire into their office.
• The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a small-mid sized practice, understanding the A-Z of a "Turn-Key" fit-out projects, as well as managing high client / managerial expectations and deadlines.
• Specialising in Commercial Retail projects, the candidate should possess knowledge and understanding of delivering fit-out packages, coordinating between external, internal and third-party contacts.
Requirements
• Can diversify across multiple projects
• Coordinate and Manage a Project from A-Z
• Project / Program Controls experience
• Procurement of Materials / Supplies
• Drawing Approval, Drawing Amendments, Shop Drawings
• MEP Knowledge
• Effectively communicate to the site, supporting and managerial staff
• Has a strong understanding of the UAE market and Municipalities (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
• Should have had an experience of working within a small-mid sized practice
• Retail / Commercial Experience (Desirable)
• Engineering Degree (Essential)
