Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Designer to join our award-winning team based in Dubai . This position is responsible for playing a lead role in developing the final design for a project through a rigorous design process, including continued involvement in the development of the project from the "beginning through completion". Focus on detail documenting process in order to ensure design integrity and providing direct support to the Design Director.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Practical experience in early design phases such as conceptual and schematic design.
- Organizing the work for design team.
- Organizing design reviews as per project schedule.
- Reporting to the Design Director in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promotes a 'design culture' with colleagues.
- Prepares presentation documents with outstanding narrative and graphics.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include;
- Master degree in Architecture, Masterplanning, Design or relevant field
- 7+ years' experience in international renowned architecture or design offices
- Strong conceptual, graphic and design talent
- Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills
- Knowledge of Revit will be an asset
- Experience on large scale projects
- Confidence in working in a complex and international environment
- Knowledge on Model Making - styrocut, 3d printers, laser machine
- With understanding of Arts, Graphic, Social Media and contemporary trends
- Software familiarity should include

* Autocad
* Adobe Package (InDesign)
* SketchUp
* Rhinoceros
* Grasshopper and Dynamo is a plus
