Senior Project Engineer - Road Safety

We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer - Road Safety to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.
This critical role will be responsible for preparing a wide range of Road Safety Audits across the Gulf Region.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Developing designs, associated drawings, reports and technical and materials specifications.
• Providing solutions to complex design problems using both manual and computer methods.
• Assisting the Project Manager in obtaining Authority Approvals.
• Suppor and mentor Graduate and Project Engineers.
• Apply initiative and experience to creatively solve non-standard design problems.
• Ensure quality control and standards are in place and maintained throughout all personal work output including calculations, designs, drawings, plans, estimates and reports.
• Undertaking peer reviews to ensure others work is comprehensive and accurate and applies sound engineering principals and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience with a Transportation or Civil Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree.

It is an essential requirement of this role that as a successful candidate you will have a minimum of 10 days road safety training (RoSPA or equivalent).

Professional Membership of PE, CIHT or IEng will be viewed favourably.
