Job description / Role
- An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Interior / Fit-Out Project Manager with minimum 15 years experience in the fit-out of high-end retail, residential and hospitality projects in the UAE.
- You will be responsible for managing a mufti-skilled workforce for the execution of prestigious turnkey projects ensuring project is completed within the set budget and time constraint.
- Other areas of responsibility will include: planning work schedules and managing programs within budgets and tight deadline, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, site teams and the company, factory and engineering department.
- Problem solving and general project management.
Requirements
- To qualify, you will be a degree educated Engineer / Architect or come from a trade background with previous proven experience working on prestigious interiors projects in the Middle East.
- You will have a mature outlook with strong personality that can drive projects forward.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years experience in the field of Interior Fit out/ Joinery.
