Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Tier 1 real estate developer who is looking to hire multiple Project Managers at various levels.
The main focus of this role is to assist with the delivery of a strong pipeline of new projects. These projects will be mostly mixed use communities and therefore you will have a diverse background. You will have worked with top tier companies and projects which reflect a similar scope.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a Degree from a Civil Engineering background with at least 5 years’ experience. Ideally, you should have managed a high number of projects from inception through to completion and handover. Our client has stated a preference for candidates who are currently working for a PMC as client representative or someone employed directly by the developer. No contractor profiles will be appropriate for this role.
