We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for representing the firm in communications with client on a regular basis, from initial effort throughout the entire course of the agreement activity and in post agreement activities. The successful individual will communicate with the assigned stakeholders as well as manage the project in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

- Fostering close client relationships to ensure repeat business from existing clients.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, project schedules, project budgets and project coordination meeting schedules.
- Researching and documenting the regulatory and code requirement related to the project.
- Organizing and chairing the project kick‘off meeting.
- Organizing and managing significant, multiple, simultaneous projects in multidisciplinary environment.
- Managing administrative and supervisory personnel assigned to project. Accept professional responsibility, in the area of expertise, for projects completed under direct supervision. When appropriate, or manpower scheduling requires, the Senior Project Manager may need to contribute to a specific project, or provide technical assistance in their area of expertise.
- Ensuring project standards and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job. Manage the performance of the project team to achieve high standards of design and documentation.
- Responsible for the coordination of all design departments and consultants for projects under their responsibility.
- Ensuring that project correspondence and design documentation is kept orderly and complete at all times.
- Have primary responsibility to assure completion of projects within budgets and with maximum profitability.
- Have the primary responsibility of assuring proper and complete communication with the client.
- Ensuring Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed, and fulfilled.
- Ensuring project is properly closed out in accordance with the established company policy.
- Making recommendations to the Division Director, Technical Director, and Principal in Charge on personnel needs for projects.
- Providing guidance and training to project staff specifically in related discipline.
- Providing feedback on staff competencies and performance to HOD's.
- Ensuring personnel under their direct supervision observe company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years of broad-based Architectural experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture/engineering registration is preferred.
