Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

A reputed contracting company in UAE is currently looking for an experience Senior Project Manager to join their project/construction department.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all construction projects from beginning to delivery
• Oversee all aspects of the building process
• Manage the complete project execution process
• Liaise with the client and consultant
• Prepare monthly progress reports and cost reports along with PQS more.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• PMP is a plus
• Minimum 15 years of project management
• Years of Experience: 20 -23 years of experience in the construction industry in both interiors and civil works with at least 8 – 10 years in a senior role
• Experience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 7-8 years
