Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout all project phases — from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, design coordination, and construction performance.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with authority and contractual standards.
• Conduct regular site visits across projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in project management, with 5+ years in senior roles within UAE real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE approval processes.
• Professional memberships (SOE, CIOB) and ESG experience are advantages.
