Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

• The Senior Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle delivery of projects—from initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• They ensure that time, cost, quality, safety, and scope are achieved while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• The SPM plays a strategic leadership role, varying slightly depending on whether the role sits within a PMC, Developer, Consultancy, or Client-Side Representative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience delivering complex projects (buildings, infrastructure, mixed-use, utilities, etc.).
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, authority processes, and construction laws.
• Expertise in FIDIC contract administration.
• Skilled in project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, BIM tools.
• Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, CEng, PMI-SP, PgMP) are a major advantage.
