Job description / Role
Engage Selection are currently working with a leading Architectural Engineering consultancy that are looking to recruit Project Manager for their Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ of proven experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, with particular focus on construction documents, construction administration, and site supervision mainly in the UAE. Ideally, the candidates should have experience in complex large scale projects with PMP Certification.
• Five-year bachelors or masters degree in architecture/equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years+ of proven experience in project management, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision of high-end projects.
• Demonstrate a portfolio of very high quality projects of similar scale, with experience in the residential / private villa / commercial sectors essential.
• Demonstrate a considerable understanding of client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration
