Job description / Role
Your role will be to ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with the governance processes such as use of EPM, project management methodologies etc. In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining production systems to the SLA targets for availability, incident response and resolution and reduction of incidents through problem management.

Description
* Evaluate and Implement data warehouse solutions based on business requirement following the banks standard methodology and policies.
* Run projects, prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO office. Liaison with cross functional IT infrastructure team members.
* Manage & mitigate project issues and risks.
* Manage project resources and team.
* Manage project board and stakeholders.
* Communicate changes in cost for Business case after its approval to ITBP.
* Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
* Be accountable for creation of detailed business requirements document.
* Lead development work and oversee work of Developers.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities within CDP
* Documentation of IT processes as required by PMO standards. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives.
* Work with business representatives to ensure alignment of delivery with business demand
* Facilitate the creation and elaboration of the project charter and other Governance approval documents
* Participate in approval committees to represent projects
* Define and manage project plan; coordinate with Testing Coordinator, Testing Manager and Testers to cover SIT and UAT testing activities.
* Coordinate with Business Requirements COE to ensure that business requirements are delivered to the project team in a comprehensive document.
* Participate in initiatives to optimize applications and related hardware.

Requirements
* Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or any relevant field is required
* Prince 2, PMP, ITIL professional certification is essential
* Strong data warehouse project management experience within large complex banking environments.
* Should have worked in on large EDW or at least large Data heavy project
* Prior work experience of 8+ years is necessary
* Thorough experience in implementing full life cycle of a project.
* Experience with managing multiple project teams.
* Programming knowledge (desirable).
* Good understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
* Good understanding to the technical application security, compliance and Audit requirements
* Strong in C-level stakeholder management
* Managed an onsite-offshore project
* Should have managed large multi-million dollar projects
