Job description / Role
* Plan, Monitor, Control, and Report on the Group-wide implementation of Microsoft AX / ERP.
* Manage Vendor and Internal resources, to ensure the right activities are being conducted and delivered as planned.

* Vendor Management, SLA (Mitigate typical vendor/project exploits. Negotiate while maintaining relationships. )
* Project Planning (MS Project. Foresee tasks outside vendor plans. How to Reserve resources, & Estimate time & cost. )
* Issue & Risk Management (Continually identify, prioritise and mitigate project risks )
* Stakeholder Management (Cool temperament. Works well under pressure. Conflict mgmt, Mediation, Facilitation, & Control)
* Team management (Acquire, train, manage. Drive motivation, collaboration and performance )
* Discipline and Order. Despite the performance of others, stays current & adheres to IT policies, procedures, documentation.
* Documentation & Planning. Despite urgent matters and higher priorities, diligent & highly organised.
* Able to simplify & clarify the complex. Spoken & written Communications are professional, mature, and extremely clear.
* Change Management skills.

Requirements
* 3+ years Advanced Project Management for Microsoft AX (ERP) 2013 or 2016.
* PMI & Agile Methodology
* University degree in Computer Science or related field.
* PMI / PMP Certification
* SME conflict management: avoidance, smoothing, collaboration.
* Requirements gathering & documentation, Requirements/Features/Process consulting & negotiation.
* UAT Preparation & Facilitation.
* Software Release / Rollout Management
* AX Training
