Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in the UAE as they are looking for a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager (Design) to join the operation in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead the design on a range of large scale building projects both in the Middle East and further afield from pre concept through to tender.

Key responsibilities:

- Acts as the principle point of contact with clients for the delivery of project services through all design stages
- Implemented brief presentation of design to clients and prepare project brief as per client requirements
- Ensures that delivery of services is in accordance with Project Agreement and achieve the financial objectives set at the commencement of the project
- Appointments and briefing of all required subconsultants for projects
- Preparation of design changes and change management with clients

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years (Project Manager) OR 15+ years (Senior Project Manager)
- Worked in the capacity as Lead Consultant and delivered projects from pre concept to tender
- Master-planing, residential and hospitality project experience
