Job description / Role
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a Team of 10 developers
• Implement product road map
• Control testing to ensure high quality
• Work with operations team to get bugs resolved quickly
• Work with operations team to get technical customer service tickets handled quickly
• Hire and interview additional developers when needed to join the team
• Get software produced quickly and to a high standard
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CANDIDATE:
Your CV MUST include details on the experience from start to finish on the SaaS Web Apps worked on that you managed, impact made etc. Give as much details as possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with software project management
• Experience with SaaS (software as a service) web applications
• International software management experience
• Experience with managing remote teams
• PHP language
• Strong management and organizational skills to ensure the rapid production of high-quality software
• Excellent English speaking and written skills
