We are expanding our commercial activities and we are looking to hire an experienced Project Sales Executive to focus on securing business across large-scale developments and hospitality environments.
This role is suited for a well-connected industry professional with a strong background in project-driven sales and a proven ability to convert opportunities into completed deals.
The focus is simple:
Identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and secure new business opportunities within the commercial sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with:
* Developers
* Interior designers
* Consultants & contractors
• Engage with project pipelines through:
* Direct client relationships
* Industry networks
* Tender and RFQ participation
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Performance Expectations
• Consistent contribution to project revenue growth
• Strong pipeline development and conversion
• Ability to independently drive and close opportunities
This is a performance-oriented role with clear expectations around results.

Requirements:
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years experience in project sales within:
* Furniture
* Interiors / fit-out
* Hospitality supply
• Demonstrated ability to secure and close commercial deals
• Established network within the UAE, GCC and international market
• Good understanding of project workflows and stakeholder management
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused
Ideal Candidate
• Currently active in a similar role within the market
• Comfortable working independently and opening new doors
• Known for reliability and ability to deliver results
