About the Role:
As our Senior Project Sales Executive, you’ll be the linchpin in transforming large-scale visions into reality. We’re looking for a friendly, persistent go-getter who thrives on building strong relationships and working hard to secure high-value commercial deals. If you speak Arabic, that’s a fantastic plus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead High-Impact Sales: Take ownership of securing large-scale contracts for hotels, luxury villas, and major commercial projects.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Represent GrassItUp with warmth and confidence, becoming a trusted partner to top-tier clients.
• Network Like a Pro: Use your industry experience and persistence to open doors and create lasting business relationships, with Arabic language skills as a plus.
• Set the Standard: Bring your A-game every day, working hard to not just meet but exceed targets with a smile.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in high-value sales, ideally in the commercial outdoor furniture or related sectors.
• Exceptional communication and a friendly, persistent attitude that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Arabic language skills are a strong plus.

Requirements:
Ideal candidate:
Proven project sales background, excellent communication skills, highly driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable working independently. Arabic speaking is a strong plus.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate is expected to:
• Build and actively manage a strong network of interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers
• Generate and maintain a healthy project pipeline (hot / warm / cold leads)
• Secure large-scale project contracts (hotels, villas, restaurants, commercial projects)
• Consistently meet or exceed project sales targets
• Maintain professional follow-up, accurate forecasting, and strong client relationships
• Represent the brand professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events
