Position Title: Senior Project Specialist (Projects Development)

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading digital free zone in UAE offering smart, seamless business solutions for entrepreneurs and startups.

Job Description:
-Lead and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and integrating AI-driven enhancements into business processes.
-Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience to optimize workflows, resolve escalations, and maintain regulatory compliance.
-Analyze data and key performance indicators to generate insights, support decision-making, and create impactful presentations and reports for leadership.
-Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, while mentoring junior team members in coordination with the Assistant Manager.

-Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities; 35 years and below.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred .
-At least 2 years’ experience in project management, business operations, or strategy.
-Experience with AI solutions, data analytics, or process automation is a plus.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
