Senior Property Advisor

We Noorzad Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Property Advisor at Noorzad Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
2. Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
3. Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
4. Schedule and conduct property visits with potential buyers or tenants.
5. Assist in negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
6. Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
7. Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
2. UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
3. Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Confident, proactive, driven by performance and targets.
