Job description / Role
We are recruiting a property sales consultant to present a prestige developer in Dubai, with the below requirements:
• Review and respond promptly to all sales queries.
• Be proactive in soliciting potential buyers.
• Working closely with brokers to finalize sales deals
• Communicate between project and Marketing team to finalize client requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years experience as a property consultant. You must also have knowledge of sales in Dubai. Arabic speakers are at a distinct advantage although this isn't essential in addition to the below:
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have strong market knowledge
• Computer Literate
• Good negotiation skills
• RERA Certified
We provide Basic Salary, Commission, Medical and annual ticket
