Job description / Role
This opportunity is for a well-known Real Estate Company located in Dubai.
As a Property Consultant, your role is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in events. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Answer clients' questions correctly in regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Requirements
You should be able to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and developers to assess and to commit them to sales and leasing transactions. Promote the company’s services, attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities.
To be successful, candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience in a Real Estate/Broker industry, able to provide excellent customer service, can achieve sales targets and have established network of real estates, landlords, investors etc. A UAE Driving Licence with RERA certification is preferred.
