Senior Property Manager

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a well-established investment firm, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the COO, with the objective of managing our client’s existing portfolio and real estate assets.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of real estate existing portfolio in UAE and internationally
- Building, managing and growing a team
- Creating and negotiating contracts in line with business operations
- Involved in all day-to-day operations of the properties

Requirements

- Must have previous Real Estate Asset Management experience in the UAE
- Must be able to create value from a portfolio and maximise efficiencies
- Must be proactive, determined and ambitious – this is a demanding role
- Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
