Senior Proposals Executive

Job description / Role

We are assisting a US Law Firm with their search for Senior Proposals Executive who will be stationed within the Dubai office. The firm has a commitment to high performance facilitated by mentorship and collaboration.

Working in a close-knit team of 3, the Senior Proposals Executive (SPE) will spearhead the process of major pitches from inception, engaging with Associates, to completion, liaising with Partners, to delivery and strategy.

A diligent project manager, the SPE will collaborate with fee earners, BD, Finance, and clients across the Middle East to deliver proposals and pitches. Additionally, they will work with fee earners and other relevant staff to:
- Provide coaching and resources to ensure best practice;
- Facilitate debriefing and client feedback and implementation of changes;
- Initiate a qualification and assessment process for proposal opportunities;
- Research competitors and clients to aid strategy;
- Assist with relevant submissions, events, and database maintenance.

In time, this role may also offer scope to further BD functions.

Local and oversees applicants will be considered for this role. A relocation package covering flights, shipping, and temporary accommodation will be available should the successful applicant require.

Salary:
AED 300,000 to 350,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in pitch / bid delivery within a law firm or global professional services firm;
- Strong global team management experience;
- Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining a robust proposal practice;
- Articulate and effective communication style with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently liaise with clients, fee earners, and senior management;
- A sound commercial acumen with a focus on client service and team culture.
