Description

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer / Lead Tester with 6–10 years of experience, preferably in the banking domain. The role involves leading and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring software quality, and collaborating closely with development and business teams. You will manage test strategies for complex projects, mentor junior testers, and drive process improvements. This is an onsite position based in Dubai.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–10 years of QA/testing experience, with mandatory banking domain experience.
• Strong expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing and executing complex test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
