Senior QAQC Engineer

Job description / Role

We are hiring a Senior QA/QC Engineer for a warehouse project located in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong technical and leadership skills to oversee all QA/QC activities and ensure strict compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and supervise QA/QC procedures and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
• Lead site inspections and ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, testing reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to address and close quality issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover stages.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior QA/QC staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, with solid exposure to MEP and civil works.
• Proven experience in warehouse, industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and documentation systems.
