Kinetic is working with a leading bank who are hiring a senior quality assurance officer to be based in Umm Al Quwain.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality service framework, policies and processes.
• Conduct regular audits/assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
• Ensure that the quality management system is being maintained and followed.
• Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain appropriate risk-based monitoring processes.
• Responsible for escalation to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within the banking industry in the UAE.
• Knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative due diligence requirements.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering and sanction requirements, particularly those set by the UAE Central Bank.
• Knowledge of compliance systems and awareness of best practices.
