Job description / Role
- Pre Contract Documentation including Cost Estimates, Cost Plans, Tender Documents, BOQ, Tender Analysis and negotiations.
- Post Contract services including evaluation of interim payments, preparation of tender packages for provisional sums, evaluation of contractor's variations, and other commercial issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Other certifications obtained: RICS Certificate
- Minimum 15 years experience with a consultant firms
- Good command of written & spoken English
Specialist knowledge:
- Knowledge of UAE Contractual documents
