Job description / Role
Our client is a reputable international consultancy firm with a strong global presence is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor with vast experience of working on prestigious hospitality projects. The role is based within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quantity Surveying team
- Manage the monthly internal reporting
- Conduct cost and value forecasting
- Maintain good relationship with Clients and representatives
- Resolve any commercial issues with the Client
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university
- Must be MRICS qualified
- Experience of working on large prestigious hospitality projects
- Knowledge of the use of QS software CATO or similar is required
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years
