Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a progressive Fit Out contractor based in Dubai.

The selected candidate will have a strong background in the UAE Fit out market, having successfully overseen numerous projects including F&B outlets, airports, hotels etc.

All candidates must be able to highlight previous experience working on multiple ongoing projects, as well as the ability to manage a team of surveyors.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are required, as well as the assertiveness to both manage a team and report into senior management.

Travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be part of the role due to project locations. It is expected that the candidate will travel maybe 2 or 3 times per week.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Previous experience working on a range of fit out projects in the region.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple projects.
- Previous experience managing a team of surveyors.
- The confidence to regularly report in to senior management within the company.
- Full UAE driving license.

The salary for the role is in the region of AED 25,000 - AED 30,000.
