Job description / Role
Our client a large international consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of its projects in Dubai - RTA approval mandatory.
- Minimum of 15 years experience with at least 5 years on client side.
- Must have worked on a number of RTA projects and have received RTA approval.
- Have a minimum of BSc in Quantity Surveying or other suitable discipline.
- Excellent exposure to large infrastructure project in the UAE.
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to deal with main contractor.
- Experience in remeasuring of additional works and variations.
- Overall good knowledge of FIDIC contract.
