Our client is a leading luxury contractor looking to grow the team and seeking an experience Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their project delivery team.

Description
* Full management of estimating, cash flow and forecasting of current fitout projects
* Post contract management including variations
* Close the gaps for delivery team in regards to all cost related matters
* Lead risk and quality management of current projects
* Train and develop Project Delivery Team as required
* Implement best practise and provide expertise on cost related tasks
* Promote QS services in house and implement training sessions when required

Requirements
* 10 years experience Quantity Surveying in a luxury, residential fit-out environment, (main or subcontractor )
* Quantity Surveying Degree
* Candidate must be based in UAE
