Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Interior Industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for various projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenditures.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to protect company interests.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Undertake risk management activities and provide proactive solutions to minimize cost overruns.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors and other team members.

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Interior Industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and cost control methods.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
