Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) for a Multi National Quantity Surveying Consultants
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role
Our company is a multi national QS Consultants. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to join our team on two landmark high-rise residential tower projects in Dubai. Both developments are approximately 75 storeys tall, requiring expertise in managing complex, large-scale post-contract quantity surveying. Working with a leading consultant, you will oversee the post contract Quantity Surveying, variations, final accounts, and contractual deliverables to ensure project success on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities, including valuations, variations, final accounts, and claims on high-rise residential towers.
• Prepare and negotiate interim payment certificates, cost reports, and contractual correspondence.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to mitigate commercial risks and optimize project costs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction standards, contracts (e.g., FIDIC), and consultant protocols.
• Provide commercial leadership.

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification
• Minimum 12 years of post-contract quantity surveying experience including high-rise towers (min 35+ storeys ).
• Proven track record working for a consultancy firm on similar large-scale residential projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Ideally based and working in the UAE; candidates from other GCC countries (Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Oman) will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, ) and MS Excel.
