Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

- Responsible to verify the BOQ and Quantity take-off from the drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimate.
- Manage the tender process
- Generate the tender enquiry if any discrepancy in the tender documents.
- Negotiate with subcontractor and suppliers.
- Preparation of cost comparisons.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Significant experience as a Sr. Quantity surveyor, with a focus on high value and complex project such as villa, infra, building and high-rise tower.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in GCC (minimum 5 years in similar position in tendering).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skill, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising standards and quality.
- Proficiency in pertinent software applications such as AutoCAD, MS office
