Senior Quantity Surveyor (Build/Contractor) - Dubai, UAE

Adept Personnel is currently searching for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Main Contractor to be based in their HQ in downtown Dubai. Our client is responsible from some of Dubai's iconic building projects and has a proven track record delivering major projects in Dubai for over 35 years. Specialising in the building industry delivering projects that include complexed schemes in the hospitality and leisure, commercial and residential and governmental sectors, the company is a well respected Tier 2 main contractor who invests heavily in its employees offering competitive benefits and career growth.

Requirements

• A construction related degree or equivalent from a western university is essential
• Main contractor experience within the building sector, with experience working in the UAE / GCC
• Minimum 3 years GCC experience required
• Member of RICS or CIOB
• The ideal candidate will be already based in UAE, however, this isn't essential
