Job description / Role
Client is a leading interior fit out company focusing on high-end hotel projects - are looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join their team.
If Senior Quantity Surveyor, they would look to grow that person into a Commercial Manager position over the next year. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to move up a level within the industry with a great company.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience in the UAE minimum in the interior fit out market
- Experience on Hotel projects beneficial
- Experienced with FIDIC contracts
- Capable of managing/coaching staff beneath them
- Immediate and Western candidates preferred but all relevant candidates will be considered
