Location: Caribbean (DoA)
Client is seeking a qualified, ideally chartered Quantity Surveyor with 10 years plus experience to work within their Construction business based in the West Indies.
The client is looking for people due to expansion within the company. The role will require both office and site based responsibility, keys skills required are international project experience but not limited to the Caribbean. This role will open opportunity to work on large-scale projects such Luxury Hotel complex and high-end residential property.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the BOQ, working alongside Project delivery teams, developing and supporting junior members of the QS Team.
Qualified, ideally chartered Quantity Surveyor with 10 years plus experience to work within their Construction business based in the West Indies.
You must be familiar with the latest software and FIDIC / AIA.
