Position Title: Sr. Quantity Surveyor - (Construction & Fit Out)

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for construction and fit-out projects.
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and payment applications while controlling project costs and variations.
• Oversee fit-out and luxury interior works, including joinery, MEP coordination, high-end finishes, and client/design collaboration.
• Lead commercial and contract management, ensuring compliance with terms, industry standards, and project close-out.

• Open to Filipino and Indian nationals, up to 40 years old, with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience, including strong UAE experience in construction + fit out + luxury villa projects.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
• Experience with high end residential or commercial interiors is a strong advantage.
