Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Center - Dubai - Intl PQS Co.
On behalf of a leading multinational Project management, Cost & Commercial Management consultancy, I require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on the development of new data centers in Dubai.
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 15 years post graduate (QS or BEng Civil related) experience and a back ground delivering data center projects. Candidates must be proficient with post contract duties and a knowledge of EoT related procedures.
Due to client specification, only candidates with experience working on data centers will be accepted for this role. Candidates must have experience in the costing of Data Centre projects. Well conversant in cost management techniques, review and report costing projections, substantiate claims, progressive billings verifications and vast experience in handling contractual large scale projects
Requirements
To be considered for the role:
* University Qualifications: Bcs: Quantity Surveying or BEng: Civil Eng
* Other certifications obtained: MRICS, CCP, MBA: Finance etc.
* Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience working with contractors or consultancy.
* Age Range: Must be under 60 (Visa restrictions on over 60's)
* Gender Preference: Any
