Job description / Role
Global international fit-out contractor based in Dubai is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on the fit-out of a commercial office in JLT. You will be required to carry out post contact duties on all financial aspect of the project reporting directly to a regionally based commercial manager.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
You will be degree qualified with experience in working on similar projects for a fit-out contractor in the region. Ideally 7-12 years experience working on hotels, commercial offices, healthcare and retail projects ranging from AED 100,000 to 5 million.
