Position Title: Sr. Quantity Surveyor – Fit-out & Renovation Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:
- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates for fit-out/renovation projects; conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare cost reports.
- Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation; ensure compliance with contract terms, client requirements, and UAE construction regulations.
- Monitor project costs including variations, claims, and change orders; support project teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve cost-related issues; maintain complete documentation for audits and project records.

- Open to Filipino & Indian nationals, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any relevant field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in fit-out, renovation, or interior projects with knowledge of UAE construction standards, contracts, and tender procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Planswift, CostX or similar).

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
