Job description / Role
Currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a marine contractor in Dubai. The successful applicant will have primary responsibility to enable construction project quantity surveying, advising variations and tracking changes, preparing and submitting interim valuation; interim and final account measurement, developing / reviewing payment certificates to subcontractors and offering assistance / coordination to Contracts and Commercial Department and Technical / Project Control Departments. This individual will report into the Contracts and Commercial Manager
Requirements
- Marine background with a contractor
- Regional experience
- 10+ years technical demonstrable experience
- Degree qualified
- Available before 10th September 2017
- Ideally already based in the UAE
