We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Real Estate Broker to join our prestigious team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property sales and leasing, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients and premium properties within a leading real estate company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients by building and sustaining strong relationships within the real estate market.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while representing client interests to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate property viewings, conduct market analysis, and prepare detailed comparative market analysis reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings through various channels including digital platforms and networking events.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulatory environment in Dubai.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions.
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to the development of sales strategies to expand business reach.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate broker, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
