Charterhouse is working with a global fashion group, which oversees and manages a portfolio of luxury fashion houses in the GCC region. Our client is searching for a Senior Real Estate Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, which will be located in its head office in Dubai.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate in Europe, this strategic role will work closely with regional presidents, retail directors, finance, legal and store planning functions, both at a brand and corporate level, as well as external real estate partners. This senior role will help develop, plan, negotiate and execute the regional retail distribution strategy as well as corporate office strategy within a multi-channel environment.

In conjunction, the Senior Real Estate Manager will evaluate, select and negotiate commercial terms and lease provisions for its entire real estate portfolio- office, warehouse, retail, showrooms, etc, whilst being the direct point of contact with all landlords and developers.

You will oversee all aspects of the tenant and administrative management for the groups owned and let property portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency and performance, and keeping a line of communication with Group Stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

Our client will look to hire a senior Real Estate Manager, with at least 10 years of professional experience in the MEA region in a similar real estate role, with extensive UAE market exposure.
The selected candidate will hold a relevant bachelor’s Degree from an internationally recognised University and will have a solid understanding of the leasing process, negotiations, contract review, industry terminology and financial modelling.
