Job description / Role
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using available sources like Linked Headhunting, CV search, social media postings
- Conduct phone interviews/ with selected candidates to further validate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements using behavioral-based interview techniques
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (starting with screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
- Ability to work as a good team player, maintaining & building the candidate database
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Candidates with the previous experience in Recruitment agencies will be given the preference
- Preferably candidates who are able to join immediately
- Candidates based in UAE
- Previous experience with HR department tasks can be a plus
